Donna Kridelbaugh is a former science lab rat turned communications pro and outdoor enthusiast. Her passion is for promoting a lifelong commitment to environmental stewardship by connecting people to nature through volunteerism and citizen science. She previously worked a season as a Wilderness Education Specialist with the Southern Appalachian Wilderness Stewards (SAWS). As a freelance writer and communications consultant, Donna also travels full time to volunteer for trail work, weed-wrangling duty and other service projects. Additionally, she is certified as a volunteer naturalist through the Tennessee Naturalist Program, Leave No Trace trainer and crosscut B sawyer.
